These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ConnexionData.com website and any services provided by Connexion Data Services LLC ("Connexion," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Connexion provides data entry, data verification, data cataloging, records digitization, and related data management services, primarily for heavy equipment dealers and contractors. The specific scope, deliverables, pricing, and timeline for any engagement are defined separately in a project quote or written agreement between Connexion and the client.
Fees are quoted on a per-project or per-record basis and are confirmed in writing before work begins. Payment terms will be specified in the applicable quote or invoice. Late payments may result in a pause of ongoing work until the account is brought current.
Connexion treats all client data as confidential. We do not use client data for any purpose beyond the agreed engagement, and we do not share client data with third parties except as required to perform the services or as required by law.
Client data, records, and any deliverables produced specifically for a client remain the property of the client. Connexion retains ownership of its own internal processes, tools, and methodologies used to deliver the services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Connexion's total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or our services is limited to the fees paid by the client for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim. Connexion is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Either party may terminate an active engagement with written notice as specified in the applicable project agreement. The client remains responsible for fees owed for work completed prior to termination.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
